Head Staff

Oversees all server operations and player engagement, managing server intricacies, addressing complex issues and tickets, and making final decisions on all matters. Ensures smooth functioning of the team, promptly reporting and addressing issues, while also providing assistance within the staff structure, particularly handling more intricate tickets.

Senior Staff

Possessing deep knowledge of staff duties, provide guidance in training and task direction, adjudicate ban appeals, and make decisions based on merit.

Staff

Are highly trained individuals adept at handling tickets, moderating community interactions, assisting players, and swiftly resolving conflicts. They continuously seek to enhance their skills and advance within the team.

Trial Staff

Are enthusiastic newcomers undergoing training to familiarize themselves with our systems and procedures, supported by the staff structure.

Moderator

Moderators handle all things in discord along with any tickets not related to the game itself

Trial Moderator

This role is the starting position for all staff, trial mods are trained to become moderators
